Not Stock Outdoors is owned by Top Notch Awards, LLC.

Top Notch Awards was created in 2015 to manufacture and sell recognition products to local events. Top Notch Awards is owned by Jesse & Lauri Domer and is a family owned business run out of our home. We have 4 kids spread out in Elementary thru High School grades.

Jesse has had a passion for fishing his entire life, and over the past 10 years has been involved in Bass Fishing through a local club. Our children also love to fish when able.

Not Stock Outdoors was created with our "Electronics Locks" as the product goal - when Jesse upgraded electronics on his boat and found there was little selection of Electronics Locks on the market to better secure that investment. As every boater knows - your fishing electronics is exposed and vulnerable on the boat. We wanted an all metal construction that could not be twisted out or busted with a simple pliers.

In July of 2020, Not Stock Outdoors unveiled their first of two planned products - the "Electronics Lock Mini" via Amazon. This product is targeted at the average boater who is looking for more security than the basic thumb knobs that come with their electronics out of the box; but don't want to spend a ton of money. This simple design can be installed with the provided bit in just minutes on your boat. To take off - one would need the provided bit to remove.

Expected September, 2020, Not Stock Outdoors hopes to unveil our second product of the "Electronics Lock Pro" via Amazon. This product adds more levels of security to our locks, looks better on the boat and is targeted for the more serious boaters.
